Our 100 employee-owners sell, service and support our equipment offerings to a variety of customers encompassing a 6-state midwestern territory. We are seeking a customer service oriented and dependable team player for our Dispatcher position located in Fenton, MO.

Location: Fenton, MO (Headquarters)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot and document service issues
- Dispatch service technicians
- Interact with customers and field technicians via our call center
- Monitor service orders and keep customers informed throughout the service process for timely response and exemplary customer satisfaction
- Act as a team player by assisting with other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
- 3 years previous customer service experience. Previous dispatch experience strongly preferred. Experience working in the HVAC industry a plus!
- Positive and upbeat attitude with a professional phone demeanor
- Ability to remain confident and self-controlled during peaked times
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Computer proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work on site 100%
- Impeccable work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
