We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Fenton, MO. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our service operations. You’ll work closely with service technicians, dispatch, and accounting teams to review work orders, verify billing details, and ensure customers receive accurate invoices.

Billing Analyst
Location: Fenton, MO
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Starting Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour to start (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process service invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review work orders, technician notes, and parts usage to ensure billing accuracy
- Verify pricing, labor hours, and applicable taxes
- Submit invoices to customers and third-party payers
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Respond to customer billing inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Collaborate with service technicians, dispatch, and accounting teams
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of billing experience, ideally in the service industry, with strong reading comprehension and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with accounting or service management software a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
