What You'll Do
As a Billing Representative, you'll support a variety of billing and operational functions that directly impact customer account accuracy and the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and documenting payment-related transactions
- Reviewing and verifying billing reports for accuracy and completeness
- Running and monitoring recurring billing and system processes
- Researching, investigating, and resolving discrepancies
- Responding to billing adjustments and account-related requests
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with Customer Care, Accounting, and Operations teams
- Assisting with process improvements that enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
- Serving as a backup resource for mail processing and payment application functions

What You'll Need

- Salary: Minimum starting wage of $26.37 per hour, (per Collective Bargaining Agreement)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
