What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist/Coder position at Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat?
Midwest ENT & ALLERGY is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our billing team. This position is responsible for coding and posting daily charges, balancing and preparing daily close, setting up and maintaining payment plans, and prior authorizations.
Ideal candidates will be familiar with CPT and ICD-10 coding, medical billing processes, and have experience in claims filing and payment posting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Prior medical billing experience and knowledge of insurance payor guidelines are preferred.
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
