In this role, you will play a vital part in administering allergy injections with the utmost safety and effectiveness. You will be responsible for adhering to established processes and protocols and guaranteeing the consistent delivery of high-quality care. This team member must demonstrate excellent communication skills with other team members, physicians, and patients.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine allergy injections safely and effectively.Accurately document relevant information in electronic medical record.Responsible for the daily upkeep of AIT fridges, as well as conducting audits and managing equipment logs.Handles private patient health information within the guidelines of HIPAA and company privacy practices.Provide patient education materials and communicate physician advice and instruction.Adhere to all consent policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:BASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or GED.Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota.Willingness to travel between all clinic locations.Valid Driver’s License.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1 year experience working in specialty careMidwest CultureHere at Midwest ENT, we are committed to respecting every person, acting with integrity, and owning our outlook.
