Midwest Duct Cleaning specializes in residential and commercial/industrial air duct and dryer vent cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and high surface cleaning. We are GROWING and looking for motivated and career-oriented people to add to our team.
As a technician, you are responsible for:
- Driving company vehicle to client locations (1-2 jobs per day for residential)
- Inspecting duct work and utilizing problem solving skills in unique scenarios
- Utilizing duct cleaning equipment and other provided tools to complete air duct and dryer vent cleaning
- Communicating service process with clients
- Working effectively with teammates
- Following all National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) guidelines
- Completing work orders with before and after pictures; collecting payment (as needed)
Night Shift earns a premium.

Get paid to travel!
We do out of town projects from time to time and are looking for people that have the ability to travel. Your travel costs will be covered, and you will earn your hourly rate PLUS per diem. When applying, please note if you are interested in traveling. (NOT REQUIRED)
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC, maintenance, and other related fields is a PLUS but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations
- Must be able to understand and follow strict safety guidelines
- Ability to effectively communicate with teammates and clients
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders; access tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces; lift/hold up to 50 lbs
- Must submit to criminal background check based on sensitive client requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 depending on experience
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
