Oceanside, CA | Full-Time | $20-$22/hr | Monday–Friday | 7AM to 3:30PM Are you someone who shows up every day, works hard, and doesn’t mind getting dirty?We’re looking for a Construction Laborer who knows their way around a job site. As a member of the Midwest Drywall team, you’ll be an essential part of our operations— supporting daily needs on job sites with seamless execution. This role is for someone who works hard, understands physical work, and takes pride in doing things the right way, the first time. You’ll work alongside experienced team members to keep job sites clean, organized, and moving forward.What You Will Be Doing:Meet at our Oceanside office each morning at 7 AM.Work with department heads to achieve daily goals by strategizing efficiently.Load, unload, and physically move heavy, dusty construction materials throughout the day.Set up and clean up job sites daily, both independently and as part of a team.Manage, sort, and scrap leftover materials.What We're Looking For:Strong time-management skills with a track record of delivering outstanding results.Heavy lifting required.
