Midwest Disability is a law firm focused on helping individuals who are unable to work due to an injury or illness, obtain Social Security Disability and/or Supplemental Security Income benefits.
We are conveniently located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

Compensation: The pay is $16.00 per hour, in office position, with the opportunity to earn up to $300 a month in bonuses based on your performance and goals met.

Terms: Full-Time. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Job Duties:
- Respond to phone calls, inquires, emails and other communications from clients and Social Security concerning claims
- Complete appeals with clients and balance competing deadlines
- General office duties include: faxing, scanning, copying, emailing
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Strong typing skills/job requires typing while talking to a client at the same time
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Continually required to sit, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, stoop and life/push light weight less than 20 pounds.
- The noise level in the work environment usually is quiet.
