What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
- Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Partner with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based clinical protocols
- Build long-term patient relationships that support continued care and health
What We’re Looking For
- Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Passion for preventive dentistry and improving patient health

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
