What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care using evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, periodontal charting, preventive treatments, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice.
• Educate and motivate patients to take an active role in their oral and overall health.
• Partner with the dentist to identify patient needs and create personalized treatment recommendations.
• Build trust with patients and create a comfortable, judgment-free experience at every visit.
• Stay current on advancements in dental hygiene through continuing education and ongoing clinical development.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• An active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• A patient-first approach and passion for preventive care and education.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a supportive dental team.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
  
  

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification
  
  

Compensation

$55-$60 per hour
