Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a motivated and positive Dental Assistant to join our team in Weston, WI!
No prior dental experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow within the dental field.
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the doctor and team to help provide a comfortable and positive experience for patients while learning valuable clinical and patient care skills.
Schedule (days/hours): M-Th, 7 am to 5 pm Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Welcome and support patients throughout their visit
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office
- Take and review patient information
- Sterilize instruments and follow office safety protocols
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations
- No dental experience required — training provided
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivated and eager to learn
- CPR
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
