Job Title:Dental Sleep Medicine Assistant – Experienced Health/Wellness Professionals (5 years)Location:Arlington Heights area is a nice midway point between our S. Barrington and Lombard offices. Join a growing practice where you’ll help patients improve sleep and airway health—and bring your experience in patient care, education and physiology to a forward-thinking, specialized field.What You’ll Do:• Work alongside our providers to document patient exams, treatment plans, and progress in our EHR.• Provide patient education on oral appliance insertion, removal, cleaning and maintenance (full training provided).• Take digital impressions, dental CT x-rays, vitals, and review questionnaires (training included).• Schedule follow-ups, coordinate referrals, assist with insurance/financial estimate review and payment collection.• Maintain infection-control procedures, room setup/breakdown, and support team operations.What You Bring (Preferred):• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a health, exercise, or behavioral science field.• 4 years post-undergrad experience in direct patient care or wellness roles (e.g., PT assistant, chiropractic/optometry assistant, social worker, health educator, medical scribe).
