We’re looking for an experienced Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair dental equipment throughout the Austin and Waco, TX areas. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working independently in the field, and providing high-quality, dependable customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair dental equipment on-site (chairs, delivery units, compressors, vacuums, sterilizers, and small equipment)
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of dental equipment
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Service Coordinators
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair equipment during field visits
- Remove and haul off shipping materials after installations
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and conduct parts inventory
- Order parts as needed
- Document service calls, parts used, and repair notes
- Communicate professionally with dental office staff
- Follow safety and infection-control procedures

Experience Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair dental equipment
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle use)
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of dental equipment
- Prior field service technician experience
- Technical training (electronics, HVAC, biomedical, mechanical)
Work Environment:
- Field-based work throughout the Waco / Austin area
- Multiple customer locations
- Occasional early or late days depending on installation schedules
