Project Manager – Demolition
We’re a growing construction company looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, dependable professional who wants to learn the business, take on increasing responsibility, and advance within the company.
This is primarily an office-based position with occasional visits to project sites.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
What You’ll Do:
As an Project Manager, you will help keep our field crews, vendors, customers, and projects organized and moving forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the organizational link between our office and field crews.
- Communicate daily with Project Supervisors and roll-off truck drivers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, including property owners and general contractors.
- Process change orders and provide customers with pricing and scheduling projections for additional work.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with monthly invoicing.
- Maintain the schedule for crews and equipment assignments.
- Track and approve vendor invoices for landfill fees, dumpster costs, equipment rentals, and other project expenses.
- Maintain look-ahead schedules for projects that are not currently staffed by our crews.
- Review contracts and confirm that the scope of work, insurance requirements, and other terms align with our proposals.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Occasionally visit project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Project coordination or project management experience is a plus.
