Midwest Covenant Home Inc. is seeking an experienced LPN to join our team in Stromsburg NE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-notch care to our residents and will contribute to our goal of creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with the development and implementation of care plans
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to resident's physician.
• Supervise and direct aides as they care for residents.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

LPN Experienced

The SHIFT NURSE will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. This individual will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that each resident's needs are met and that they receive the highest standard of care.

As a nurse at Midwest Covenant Home Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, directing unlicensed healthcare employees, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.
