What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precast Laborer position at Midwest Concrete Materials, Inc.?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain concrete block forms and related equipment.
- Use good judgment regarding work site access and equipment operation.
- Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.
- Perform all tasks with safety in mind.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned, such as maintaining the grounds around our plant.
PHYICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regularly lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push, and pull objects.
- Ability to use various hand tools.
- Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather.
