We're looking for skilled Welders (Levels I–III) to join our manufacturing team in Pampa, Texas, where craftsmanship matters and quality builds power. You'll be fabricating and assembling critical components used in compressor skids and industrial equipment, working with a team that values safety, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals
   
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
   
• Fabricate and assemble compressor skids, frames, and components
   
• Inspect and repair welds to meet ASME code vessel standards
   
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
   
• Work closely with manufacturing and overhaul teams to meet production goals

Welder I

• 1 year of welding experience
   
• MIG welding proficiency
   
• Ability to read blueprints and symbols
   

Welder II

• 3 years of welding experience
   
• Pass a 3G open root plate test (downhill MIG root, uphill flux core fill & cap)
   

Welder III

• 5 years of welding experience
   
• Advanced skills with the same 3G open root plate test requirement
   

All Levels Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
   
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
   
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
   
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic  

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Shop-based manufacturing environment
   
• Exposure to heat, noise, and metal fumes
   
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs and physical activity
   
• PPE required (helmet, gloves, steel-toed boots, etc.)
   
• Overtime, weekends, or holidays as production demands
