As our PT Promotions Coordinator, we will ask you to…
- Coordinate and execute station promotions, contests, and giveaways across on-air, digital, and social platforms
- Plan and manage live events, remotes, and community appearances
- Act as on-site lead for station events, ensuring professional setup, branding, and listener engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client-sponsored promotions and campaigns
- Maintain promotional calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Write and organize promotional materials, contest rules, and winner documentation
- Manage station inventory including banners, signage, and promotional items
- Assist with social media content and digital promotion of events and contests
- Have experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
- Be proficient with cell phones, computers, and audio equipment
- Have excellent at communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and the ability to lift and transport promotional equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
