Responsibilities
- Safely transport equipment to designated sites using company vehicles and proper handling techniques
- Install equipment accurately according to specifications and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage during transit and installation
- Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to assess electrical components and identify issues
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs
- Document installation procedures, service activities, and maintenance records thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and clarify requirements
- Respond promptly to service calls for repairs or adjustments, minimizing downtime
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment transport, installation, or maintenance roles preferred
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment safely
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift heavy equipment regularly
- Clear communication skills and a commitment to safety standards at all times
- Prior experience with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
