The Residential Therapist carries out the responsibilities of obtaining social history information to familiarize clinical staff and physicians with the patient and any past/present problems. Acts as liaison with the patient’s family or support system and referral sources. Provides direct psychotherapy to patients in individual, family, and group settings. Assists with utilization review with third party payor sources.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling required.
- Experience: Prefer one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting with patients aged 10-18yrs. Must have working knowledge of DBT.
- Licensure/Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LSW license in the state of Indiana required or license eligible. Must complete DBT skills training certification course within 6 months of hire.

Pay: $69,321.60 - $103,982.40 per year
