The Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing services within a behavioral health setting. This role ensures the delivery of safe, compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based psychiatric care. This person manages nursing operations, supports staff development, and collaborates with medical and administrative leadership to optimize patient outcomes & overall patient experience.

Requirements:
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school is preferred. Indiana RN license is required. Minimum of five years experience working in behavioral health field required. Two years of supervisory experience required.
