Fulfillment Lead (E-Commerce)

Job Summary
The Fulfillment Lead plays a vital role in managing daily operations within our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center. This hands-on leader ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and team productivity. We’re seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who thrives on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement to help drive success across our fulfillment team

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of e-commerce orders.
• Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment associates; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve order or shipment issues.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and labor efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Comfortable using data and technology to drive efficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or logistics certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus.
