Job Skills / Requirements
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Managers in planning, execution and delivery of Midwest Alarm Projects. This position ensures the projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating resources, managing documentation and facilitating communication.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of projects.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings.
- Assist with technician schedule and daily assignments
- Verify technician time on projects, on a daily basis.
- Oversee project materials and prepare for technician pick up.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Coordinate service requests from subcontractors.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks to project managers as needed.
- Backup the inspection & service coordinators if needed.
- Assist in managing stock inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Submit to pre-employment
- Experience with computers including MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects effectively on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
