What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Contractor position at Midwest 365 Logistics?
Midwest 365 Logistics is hiring for a position in the Louisville to Nashville back to Louisville. This is a medical courier/independent contractor position. This is a 1099 position. You will be using your own vehicle.
The position is Monday - Saturday. 830am pickup in Louisville, run to Nashville, and maybe back to Louisville depending on the day. A small hybrid vehicle, or mid size car will be plenty big enough for this run.
pay is $200 a day- paid via direct deposit twice monthly. This is position is available asap. please call 513-704-8252 if interested.

Requirements are as follows
- Valid license with no major moving violations
- Valid insurance
- Working cell phone
- Reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a background check
- Ability to be in the car for long periods of time
