We’re hiring a Deputy Director in Columbia, MO, to lead
programs and grants—and serve as our Facilities Manager. You’ll oversee Cash, Product,
Range Development, and Coach Training grants; partner with the Executive Director;
support cross-team projects; and represent the Foundation at events. Monday–Friday with
some weekends; up to 25% travel.
What you’ll do:
Lead the Programs Group (programs, marketing, logistics)
- Oversee Cash, Product, Range Development, and Coach Training grants and compliance.
- Act as Facilities Manager: operations, vendor contracts, maintenance, budgets, tenants, and emergency response.
- Represent the Foundation at events; travel up to 25%.
What you bring:
- Nonprofit leadership and grants experience.
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams.
- Facilities management experience across maintenance planning, vendor contracts, budgets, and emergency response.
