- Update Systems: Scan and record returns in the WMS or ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to process refunds or replacements.
- Decide Next Steps: Restock, repair, return to vendor, or dispose of items.
- Maintain Accuracy: Keep return areas organized and inventory records accurate.
- Vendor Returns: Prepare and ship items back to vendors.
