Production Line Lead

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities during the second shift. This position involves guiding team members, monitoring production goals, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

• Pay: $18.00/hour

• Overtime: Overtime opportunities may be available on weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production line activities and assign tasks to team members.

• Monitor production output to meet daily goals and deadlines.

• Train, guide, and support production team members.

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies.

• Communicate production updates and issues to management.

• Assist with hands-on production duties as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Complete production reports and shift updates.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.

• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead a team and meet production goals.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled shift.
