Production Lead

Location: Oak Forest, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator Support Clerk to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Oak Forest, IL. This position focuses on data entry, clerical support, and production documentation to help ensure accurate records and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to organize and maintain information in a busy production environment.

• Enter and update production data into internal computer systems accurately and promptly.

• Maintain production records, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Assist with tracking production schedules, inventory, materials, and work orders.

• Scan, upload, and organize documents electronically.

• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and data summaries.

• Communicate with production, warehouse, shipping, and administrative teams to obtain and verify information.

• Identify and report data discrepancies or missing information.

• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the production team.

• Handle confidential business information professionally.

• Follow established company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in data entry, clerical support, administrative assistance, or production coordination preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, preferred.

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to accurately enter large amounts of information into computer systems.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Training will be completed on 1st shift.

• Background check and drug test required.
