Location: North Chicago, IL
Schedule: 1st Shift 5am – 3:30pm Monday-Thursday
Pay rate: $18/hr
Duties:
- Set up and operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal production.
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues to reduce downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance, and adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Manage inventory for supplies like ink, labels, or packaging materials (as needed)
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to wear a respirator.
- Be able to minimally lift 50lbs
- Previous experience as a machine operator
