Pay rate: $18/hrDuties:1. Catching & InspectingCatch folded literature from the delivery end of the folder.Replace defective pieces and maintain accurate counts per tray.Perform routine inspections for common defects using an attribute checklist.Verify batch counts and follow all company safety procedures.2. LoadingLoad flat literature onto all folder machines in the department.Conduct periodic inspections of flat materials using the attribute checklist.Ensure materials meet quality and production standards.3. Machine Operation SupportStart and stop machines as needed and assist in keeping equipment running smoothly.Perform basic troubleshooting for glue system issues.Identify and address paper-related problems (e.g., curling).Assist the setup operator with quick changeovers and basic preventive maintenance.Read and interpret job tickets/specifications accurately.Record required quality checks in a timely manner.Properly label, palletize, and weigh sample trays according to production guidelines.Requirements:Reliable transportation to Lake Zurich, IL.Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.Must be flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a teamContact Information:If you meet these requirements and are ready to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!
