Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Pay: $20.00/hour quarterly bonus opportunities

What You'll Actually Do
- Post job ads and keep openings live and accurate across our platforms
- Field incoming applications and get candidates to the right next step quickly
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling so nothing stalls
- Support recruiters through the placement process — paperwork, onboarding, follow-up
- Keep candidate and placement records clean and current in our systems
- Be a dependable first point of contact for candidates and the branch team
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfort working under real deadlines and hitting targets
- Some familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools (or the aptitude to pick them up fast)
- A team-first mindset — you'd rather win together than shine alone
