What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sewer Technician/Pump Truck Driver position at Midway Sewer Service?
We are looking for an experienced driver to help serve our residential and commercial customers. Pay is negotiable and will be based off experience and trainability. Looking for someone who is loyal and willing to make a long term commitment to the job.

Responsibilities
- Drive either service van or pump truck to residential and commercial customers in a safe and effective manner in all types of weather conditions.
- Physically carry equipment in and out of vehicle into homes/buildings multiple times a day.
- Be able to diagnose the customer's issue in a timely manner.
- Keep track of maintenance on vehicle and keep organized/clean.
- Properly fill out invoices.
- Provide great customer service and effective communication skills with dispatch and customers.
Skills
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Valid Commericial Driver's License Class B with tanker & air brake endorsements for pump truck.
- No recent moving or driving violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and random drug testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100lbs for moving equipment in and out of jobs.
- Problem solving skills for figuring out the jobs.
- Able to function in a high-stress environment at times.
- Work efficiently to do the right job in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
