Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team in multiple locations. We have a location in Barnard and Polo and will be setting up a plant in St Joseph, MO soon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment to and from construction sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, particularly in relation to concrete forming and installation. Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol screening.
Responsibilities
- Operate trucks and heavy equipment to transport materials to construction sites.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate delivery schedules and site requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities and types of materials transported.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and at job sites.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs to put chutes on truck.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including concrete mixers and loaders.
- Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
