Midway Motors is looking for an outgoing, customer-focused team member to support our Ford/Chrysler service department. This role is the first impression for many of our customers, so we’re seeking someone who is friendly, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming service calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule service appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Cashier service customers and handle payments
- Assist with extended warranty calls and administrative tasks
- Maintain the customer lounge: stocking supplies, keeping the area clean, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Support the service team with daily tasks as needed
- Work closely with advisors, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations
