- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Greet customers and assist with service check-in/check-out processes
- Process customer payments and cashier transactions
- Assist with warranty-related calls, follow-up, and paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers
- Help manage workflow and customer communication during high-volume periods
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
