As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with customers, lenders, and the sales team to finalize vehicle purchases, secure financing, and present protection products that fit customer needs. This role plays a key part in both the customer experience and dealership profitability.
Responsibilities
- Secure financing and lease approvals through lending partners
- Present finance, warranty, and protection product options to customers
- Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and compliantly
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Work closely with sales leadership to achieve department goals
- Stay current on federal, state, and dealership compliance requirements
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-first experience
Qualifications
- Automotive F&I experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and finance software is a plus
- Evenings and Saturdays required
