What You’ll Do:
- Build genuine relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Listen to customers’ needs and help them find the right vehicle.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while meeting dealership goals.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build lasting relationships and earn referrals.
- Stay current on products, technology, financing options, and sales best practices.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and dealership events.
- Keep the showroom and lot looking their best.
- Be involved in the community and represent Midway Motors with pride.
- Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a team, and everyone plays a part.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is driven, personable, dependable, professional, and willing to work hard. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
