Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Support the cooking team by helping with food assembly, plating, and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are advantageous.
