Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and executing various events hosted at Midway Golf, ensuring all aspects of the event are well-coordinated and delivered smoothly.
- Setting up and taking down buffets and assisting service staff as needed
- Oversee event logistics, including event setup, signage, audiovisual requirements, and any other necessary arrangements.
- Provide on-site event management and coordinate with other event staff to ensure that all elements of the event run smoothly and according to plan from start to finish.
- Receive and process event payments in a timely and organized manner.
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, especially on nights and weekends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, bend, stand/sit for long periods of time, and going up and down stairs
