Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform routine repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing systems
- Handle tasks ranging from unclogging sinks to replacing light fixtures
- Maintain building appearance, including drywall, carpet, ceiling tiles, and repainting parking lot stripes
- Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues
- Complete scheduled maintenance and service requests
- Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, welding, mechanical, and electrical work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
