Midway Chevrolet, an 18-time Chevrolet Dealer of the Year award winner, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing systems
• Handle tasks ranging from unclogging sinks to replacing light fixtures
• Maintain building appearance, including drywall, carpet, ceiling tiles, and repainting parking lot stripes
• Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues
• Complete scheduled maintenance and service requests
• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, welding, mechanical, and electrical work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
