RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build up your clientele! This includes making phone calls/setting appointments, and maintaining a helpful and professional relationship with customers before, during, and after a sale.
- Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Assist customers with their vehicle selection based on their needs! Promote model options and features. Add value to our products, services, and financing options while adhering to the dealership policies.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation! Ensure that you protect any and all customer information, and obtain all of the necessary documentation required for the sale of each vehicle.
- Conduct vehicle test drives! Ensure all speed limits and rules of the road are followed while behind the wheel of any company or customer vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Extreme focus on customer service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- We do drug-screening upon hiring!
