Midway Café is a beloved local spot in Islamorada (MM 80) known for great coffee, fresh food, and friendly vibes. We're looking for an energetic and reliable Café Associate (Barista) to join our fun, fast-paced team 2-3 days a week, with an opportunity for more hours if desired.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, smoothies, and deliver café food items
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- Handle POS and cash register transactions accurately
- Open and close barista station, including setup and cleaning tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and restocking of café and dining area
- Maintain high standards for food and drink quality
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support your team in keeping the café running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous barista or bartender experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude
- Must live locally in the Upper Keys
- Available to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM, including one weekend day
