Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation, customer service, and food handling. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
• Attend to customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, and cocktail preparation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $6.87 - $8.00 per hour
