Experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Check customer IDs and follow all Illinois liquor laws
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Keep the bar, gaming area, and customer areas clean and organized
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies throughout the shift
- Monitor the gaming area and provide excellent customer service
- Work with teammates to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred
- Bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
