The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for an Occupational or Primary Care Sports Medicine–trained physician who wants to practice in a setting that values both clinical excellence and lifestyle.
You’ll manage a high volume of musculoskeletal injuries and concussions, perform procedures—including ultrasound-guided interventions—and follow patients through recovery, all without the burden of traditional primary care or team coverage.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat occupational injuries including a high volume of musculoskeletal injuries and concussions.
- Perform procedures, including the opportunity for a high volume of ultrasound-guided injections and interventions
- Diagnose and manage concussions
- Guide patients from injury through full recovery and return to work
- Collaborate with employers, case managers, and rehab teams
- Serve as a clinical leader and partner with APPs
- Contribute to building a modern, high-performing occupational medicine program

Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible
- Proficient in diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound guided procedures
- Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship training strongly preferred
- Strong interest in MSK care, procedures, and concussion management
Additional Requirements (Supported by the Clinic):
- Obtain DOT Medical Examiner Certification within the first year
- Obtain Colorado DOWC Level 1 and Level 2 Accreditation within the first year
