About Us:

We are a forward-thinking occupational health clinic bringing elite sports medicine principles to the industrial athlete. Our mission is to help patients recover faster, perform better, and stay healthy—while delivering an exceptional experience to our employer partners.

Led by a physician with NFL and Division I experience, we are building a high-performance model that blends sports medicine, occupational medicine, and innovation.

The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for an Occupational or Primary Care Sports Medicine–trained physician who wants to practice in a setting that values both clinical excellence and lifestyle.

You’ll manage a high volume of musculoskeletal injuries and concussions, perform procedures—including ultrasound-guided interventions—and follow patients through recovery, all without the burden of traditional primary care or team coverage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat occupational injuries including a high volume of musculoskeletal injuries and concussions.
  • Perform procedures, including the opportunity for a high volume of ultrasound-guided injections and interventions
  • Diagnose and manage concussions
  • Guide patients from injury through full recovery and return to work
  • Collaborate with employers, case managers, and rehab teams
  • Serve as a clinical leader and partner with APPs
  • Contribute to building a modern, high-performing occupational medicine program

Who This Is Perfect For:

This role is ideal for a physician who:

  • Is Occupational or Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship–trained (FM/IM/EM background)
  • Loves MSK care, concussions, and procedures—especially ultrasound-guided work
  • Enjoys both acute injury care and continuity, without managing complex primary care panels
  • Wants to practice sports medicine without the demands of team/event coverage
  • Thrives as a leader and key presence in a clinic
  • Enjoys mentoring and collaborating with APPs
  • Is energized by relationship-building and delivering a high-level patient experience
  • Is looking for a non-traditional role that includes:
  • Entrepreneurship and program building
  • Client interaction and service excellence
  • Brand growth and innovation

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to help build something exceptional.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible
  • Proficient in diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound guided procedures
  • Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship training strongly preferred
  • Strong interest in MSK care, procedures, and concussion management

Additional Requirements (Supported by the Clinic):

  • Obtain DOT Medical Examiner Certification within the first year
  • Obtain Colorado DOWC Level 1 and Level 2 Accreditation within the first year

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • No call, nights, or weekends
