CHD Home Textiles a forward-thinking home textiles specialize in throw, blanket, pillow and pet beds and home décor and table linens.
CHD Home is searching for a Production and Sourcing Coordinator to facilitate production and manage the flow of communication and changes to all factories/agents/staff with a sense of urgency to eliminate roadblocks in production and deliver quality merchandise on time.
Job Description:
- Help the production team to do the global sourcing and sampling
- Manage production timelines, generate reports and provide strategic solutions to issues
- Monitor the approval process (proto, sample, and all components) to ensure all samples arrive on time
- Develop time and action calendars for all programs managed
- Coordinate with all vendors to ensure that monthly production capacity is utilized
- Monitor production status of all programs by season
- Track shipments from vendor to distribution center
- Support costing process by creating and distributing packages, issuing spreadsheets for tracking and conducting initial negotiation
- Partner with QC to make sure finished goods conform to quality standards
Minimum Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandrine preferred
- Proficient in product development, fabric Development with a clear understanding of fabric quality, pricing, and sourcing.
- Knowledge of time and action calendars
- Proven ability to build strong factory relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
