Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients
- Check patients in and out and collect payments
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and manage patient communication
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help create a welcoming, organized front office environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance verification, scheduling, and billing (at least 2 years experience)
- Strong understanding of patient billing, collections, and A/R management
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient-centered service
- Experience with Oryx is a plus, but not necessary

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
