- You possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant racquet sports (tennis) leadership experience, and proven programming experience for groups and private instruction for adults and youth.
- Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
- Possess nationally recognized racquet sports certification(s).

- Are an enthusiastic ambassador for racquet sports - every day.
