Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure completion
- Handle leasing tours and questions
- Process rent payments and late notices
- Manage renewals and retention efforts
- Maintain resident files and property records
- Assist the Community Manager with daily operations
- Take on additional projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years assistant property manager experience
- Onesite experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems
- Experience with conflict resolution and tenant relations
- Positive, energetic, and aligned with company values
- Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
